104 sites increased their page rank, 104 decreased and 157 stayed the same.

What is your criteria for upgrad page rank. Because google update PR after three month. But this year google does not upgrade till now. I say this because a vitiligo site has page rank 3 in Nov 2006 but till now its page rank is still at 3
