It seems that Google is playing around with it's page ranks at the moment, there has not been a page rank update from Google for ages the last one was expected on July 21 2007. I'm not sure if the current changes are the official update or Google mucking about before the major update.
I noticed a slight movement in several sites, so I ran complete pagerank update on the directory and the updates are as follows:
42 sites increased, 39 descreased and 328 stayed the same.

Google has not upgrade page rank till now some.some time ago google page rank update was done after 1 month,then google start upgrade after 3 months.but now a days it seems that google decide to upgrade pr after 1 year.
for exmple i saw the pr of a site

which i use for getting info about vitiligo was 3 last year (nov 07) till now it is 3.
Another thing about google PR some time it happen google PR is different from PR Shown by Google Tool bar
